Great to see the Data3/Cycling Science team numbers at the Cunningham classic on the weekend. What a ride by Stuart – he was in a 2 man break for over 100km, taking out the KOM and although the fuel gauge was on empty, he still managed to push to the finish, and earned himself a bit of attention from the first aid crew. Toby finished strong in an 8 man break with Shauno rolling through for top 10 finish. Great to see Mick take out the KOM in C grade (even though there were a few bikies that tried to challenge him over the climb!)
I hope everyone has recovered and keen to start up again. There are few races coming up and would be good to get an idea on who is keen.
23rd Aug: QLD Elite and Masters Road Champs – this race is for Elite and Masters categories
6th Sep: CQ Ind Time Trial – not much info on this, however looks like it is an Open category, with Masters categories aswell.
20th Sep: CQ Ind Time Trial Champs
27th Sep: CQ Team Time Trial Champs
