looking for a big turn out this at muzzacopter this weekend after we just missed the gravy in the prime and the finish this past weekend in a frustrating day.
Wednesday: worlds ride 6am park rd.
thursday: nebo, email me for details
friday: easy 100 acre bar ride
saturday: muzz (spending prize money on breakfast) followed by long ride
sunday: 6:30 zupps will roll out from park rd
thanks to heathy for another good session on race skillz this morning.. cycling looks simple, but when eating bar tape and just hanging on its often hard to think straight, which is why practing even the 'simple' things is important..
