Training these holidays

With emails being a bit hit and miss over the coming weeks make sure you keep on the blog or SMS's for training rides or if you have a dream ride organise it your self via email / blog / SMS

Post on the blog http://d3rt.blogspot.com/ under comments your number if you want to recieve sms's for the rides and im pretty keen to travel up or down the coast.. even inland to the TSR track.

also general default will be the standard D3 rides if you have nothing better to do

add me to SMS 0413043172. will be keen for a moggill/bellbowrie to boonah return followed by beers on back deck at some stage. (110km) flat with some rollers.
