We have engaged Nikolai to develop a 3 month training program. I plan to post the program each week showing 2 weeks in advance. Nikolai will ride with us mid week, once a fortnight, and one saturday ride per month. I'd like to thank Nikolai for the time he has put into it. This is being funded by the Data#3 Race Team.
The program is generally targetted around the G2I but will assist with the TTT. There is little doubt you'll come out of this 3 month block fitter, faster, leaner!
As with all training programs, be conscience of what your body is telling you and adjust intensity accordingly.
