Hi All,
With the Mt Cootha Challenge only 25 days away, I thought I should do some prep for it. So I was thinking of doing Wed morning's hill reps, and I was hoping some others would like to join.
The Plan:
Meet at D3 at 5:30 am
Head to Cootha and do 1km efforts by 4-6 laps, 2-3 min recovery.
