I bought a pair of Ayups this afternoon - couldnt wait to try them out, so called up Tommy bro and we headed for Nebo. Awesome ride, with very little traffic and it felt great to know where I was going at night !
Would highly recommend the lighting system, is good.The lumens reaches a total of 372 - which is quite respectable for a $275 unit that comes with all the bells and whistles. It also comes with 2 x 3hr batteries which is really convenient - especially when you use them day and night. They weigh next to nothing, - you wont be able to blame them for slowing you down.
I wouldnt however recommend slurping on water and spilling it in your lap on a cold night - it makes it that little bit colder for the rest of the ride !!

Shane tell the truth now, you were scared of the dark and wet yourself :) It was a great ride Shane. I highly recommend it to all.
