Tues - TTT on corso. 4 x 5 min @ rpe16
Thurs - 3 x 10 paceline @ rpe15. maybe upper brooky or similar
Sat - 5hour hills/climbing.
Sun - did sat = 2 hour easy otherwise do saturday.
8 weeks to G2I
