Hi Team,
As most of you would be aware, one of the keys to strong and injury free cycling is maintaining flexibility, particularly as you get older or ramp up your training for an upcoming event.
With a view to establishing some good habits which will hopefully lead to less injury and stronger riding for all our riders, we will be running a team flexibility session for all team members on Monday 23 May @ 5.30pm. The session will be held in the Customer Centre on the ground floor at Data#3, 67 High Street, Brisbane.
This session will be run by Ian King. Ian King is the founder of King Sports International. He has been one of the leading minds in the physical preparation of athletes for the past 25+ years; training individuals in every summer and winter Olympic games since 1988, as well as every Commonwealth games since 1984.

What to bring: Each person should bring a towel and/or yoga mat and be attired in appropriate and suitably comfortable training clothes. Also water bottles to sip on during stretch will also be ideal.
This will be a great session and is bound to provide some very useful hints on improving flexibility and remaining injury free through this and future cycling seasons.
